@thealien – try getting on channel 6 yourself. sadly there’s absolutely no law to regulate this. free will is sometimes skewed.

My neighbourhas a PS3 which is on channel 11 and I am on channel one but his wifi constantly keeps knocking my network off I have told him several times and I have offered to sort it out for him at no cost etc. but he has refuses to let me look at his network and his playstation is only inches away from his router so he really does not need it. is there any way I can minimise him from interfering with my network or even report him to someone in the uk?

Linux is awesome Windows is the worst operating system (they dont have the right to have a mouse on a computer because mac invented it) Mac is Pretty much the same is Linux only its not free i want dell to no longer deal with microsoft.

the cable I used was a 4-pin to Composite AV cable you can find at your favorite video store.

Hi guys, nice blog..
Can you tell me why the throughputs were not so great on Windows machines? Was it the TCP Window Size? Or some driver issues?
By the way, what packet size did you use for the pings to the google website? The RTTs for HSPA are supposed to be in teh regin of 120-140ms..

so u think the new macbook air is nice? :) check the specifications man… yeah, if u are a secretary and u use it just for typing, then, yeah, it’s a fine laptop… just cos it looks fancy and slim… doesn’t means it’s also good :) and the price is huge compared to what it can do! i stick to my black mac book .. and wait for a better one to come out, not a worse one..

We also have free wi-fi on intercity trains (in and near the “business” car :P), usually you get connected to the network, but there’s no internet connectivity :)) Damn zapp!

there is no problem to use skype, you just have to use different program, Fring. It supports skype protocol, also supports icq and few other protocols:-P
